Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud OTL module.
Assist clients in the design, configuration, and optimization of OTL solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices.
Leverage Redwood UI to enhance the user experience within the OTL module and ensure seamless integration with other HCM cloud applications.
Stay up to date with Oracle's upcoming OTL module changes and work proactively to address upcoming feature updates, enhancements, and deprecations in future releases.
Provide guidance and expert advice on key changes in OTL with respect to configuration, user experience, and functionality.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide customized solutions that improve time and labor management processes.
Design, configure, and deploy custom reporting and analytics solutions within OTL using Oracle’s BI Publisher and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
Support data migration efforts and assist with integration testing between HCM Cloud and other systems.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to promote adoption and proper use of the Oracle HCM Cloud OTL solution.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTL functionality and integrations with other modules like Absence Management, Payroll, and Project Management.

Required
5+ years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, specifically the OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) module.
Hands-on experience working with Redwood UI design and customization in Oracle Cloud.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud's Time and Labor (OTL) functionality, including timecard processing, approvals, and integrations with payroll and absence management.
Familiarity with the upcoming OTL changes in the next Oracle Cloud release, and the ability to incorporate new features into current implementations.
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and Cloud Analytics.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Security concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC) and data privacy considerations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical and functional requirements.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Preferred
Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud or related areas are a plus.
