Responsibilities

Achieving targets set for each financial year

Assisting the Manager with implementing and progressing the Departmental strategy

Providing support to the team in all aspects of day to day trading

Maintenance and growth of existing client base

Providing a best-in-class customer experience

Research relevant industry data to create new sales leads and opportunities

Building new business for Air Partner in a competitive market

Managing and maintaining high service levels on demanding accounts

Occasional out of hours work and contractability often in pressured, time sensitive situations

Manage, support and mentor any junior team members

Assist with departmental growth – recruitment, induction, onboarding and training of new team members
