Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads generated through marketing efforts and quickly qualify opportunities.
Engage with customers to fully understand their needs and analyze their requirements to craft tailored solutions.
Explore broader opportunities by expanding initial conversations into strategic discussions.
Proactively identify and generate new leads for license resale and services opportunities.
Research and prospect target accounts to grow our customer base.
Develop new sales strategies and plays that can be scaled across other regions and teams.
Deliver compelling pitches for licensing and services, showcasing the value of our offerings.
Guide customers through licensing models (e.g., annual vs. monthly, enterprise vs. premium) and highlight the benefits of partnering with Seibert Solutions.
Negotiate terms, finalize pricing, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Team up with our Licensing Specialists to prepare accurate and timely quotes.
Work alongside our Account Managers to sync on opportunities within existing accounts.
Coordinate with our Marketing Specialists to ensure a steady flow of high-quality inbound leads and access to effective sales materials.
Build and maintain relationships with Atlassian representatives to co-sell effectively and align on joint customer strategies and initiatives.
Network with Marketplace Vendors to strengthen partnerships and enhance sales efforts.
Leverage available Development Funds and other sales incentives to secure the best deals for our customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in our CRM.
Provide regular updates to the team on sales progress and pipeline status.
Contribute to forecasting and planning efforts for the fiscal year and future quarters.

Required
2–3 years of sales experience, ideally within the Atlassian ecosystem or software industry.
Proven track record of generating and closing business leads independently.
Deep understanding of sales processes, i.e. prospecting, qualification, presentation, closing.
Familiarity with Atlassian tools and collaboration platforms.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convey value effectively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and experience preparing and presenting quotes.
High level of self-motivation and comfort working independently, with a willingness to experiment with new sales tactics to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to participate in events and engage with customers.
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred
BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
