Responsibilities
12+ years experience at scale with Ruby on Rails, Heroku, Redis, Elastic Search and sidekiq queue. (A technical assessment will be required.)
5+ years of experience as a solutions architect
Proven experience in architecting and building complex web applications using Ruby on Rails, adhering to clean architecture principles.
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience integrating with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.
Proficiency in database design and management, including experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, and knowledge of NoSQL databases like Redis or MongoDB.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, leveraging services like Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, S3, and RDS.
Expertise in application performance optimization and scaling strategies, including caching, load balancing, and query optimization.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of security best practices, including secure coding techniques, data protection, and user authentication/authorization.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborative tools like JIRA and Confluence.
