Responsibilities
Analyze potential supply chain/network chances to reduce cost, improve service level, and minimize obsolete.
Analyze optimal network and product flow through Dot for new and current manufacturer products.
Lead and own various projects from creation to completion.
Support Replenishment, Warehouse, and Transportation staff on supply chain efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent Dot Foods experience
Strong analytical abilities
Motivation to grow, develop, and learn
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and utilize complex technologies
Leadership skills necessary to manage processes
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and planning skills
Effective verbal & interpersonal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with LLamasoft software, specifically Supply Chain Guru
Basic SQL skills
Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of V-Lookup, macro, and pivot table functions
