Required
Demonstrated experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, with experience in senior management roles.
Expertise in recruiting for professional services businesses, with a strong understanding of the industry’s talent needs.
Excellent sourcing skills, including the ability to attract passive candidates through strategic outreach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior-level professionals and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
Well-versed with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote, project-based environment.
Preferred
Proven track record of successful placements for senior and executive-level positions.
Familiarity with the professional services industry and non-profits, with an understanding of the leadership qualities that drive success in both sectors.
Experience with executive search firms or similar high-level recruitment environments.
