Responsibilities
Partner with a strategist to translate concepts and ideas into functional, testable web experiences. Design and implement front-end features for merchant web experiences, focusing on A/B testing and experimentation.
Set up and configure A/B tests within the Optimizely platform, driving insights and improvements. Collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams to support experimentation and optimize user interactions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and efficiency.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and maintain best practices for web standards.
Effectively communicate technical details and insights from experimentation to non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Required
Bachelor's Degree - Computer Engineering
At least 3-5 years of web development experience
Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, ideally with exposure to e-commerce or A/B testing platforms.
Strong proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
Hands-on experience with the Optimizely platform and familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills, especially in translating complex technical information into accessible language.
Preferred
Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
