Required
3–5+ years in social media strategy, planning, and execution.
Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or related creative industries is mandatory.
Proven track record managing high-volume social media channels for culturally influential brands.
Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (Sprinkler, Sprout Social, etc.).
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and copywriting skills.
Preferred
Experience in gaming is a plus.
Familiarity with Minecraft and its community.
