Responsibilities
Own and manage high-impact, transformational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and demonstrating deep understanding of the projects involved.
Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Support the development of presentation materials to share with the Marketing Leadership team and the broader Marketing organization.
Track progress status of key initiatives belonging to the Marketing Leadership team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Marketing Transformation team.
Support effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes to the Marketing Leadership team.
