Responsibilities
Program Management: Take large-scale programs from concept through final implementation, managing all aspects of execution.
Agile Leadership: Manage multiple scrum teams, applying Agile principles, practices, and theory to deliver business outcomes.
Planning & Coordination: Facilitate product planning, create release schedules, manage capacity plans, and drive program interdependencies, progress tracking, testing, and deployment.
Collaboration: Engage with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment and progress.
Roadmap Development: Develop detailed program execution roadmaps and track business outcomes and benefits.
Team Coaching: Coach teams to adopt a product mindset that focuses on delivering customer-focused solutions and aligns with organizational OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
Agile Transformation: Drive adoption of Agile methods and support business-wide transformation initiatives.

Required
10+ years of project/program management experience.
5+ years dedicated to managing enterprise-level software application development programs.
Experience in implementing enterprise CRM and/or Marketing systems.
Proven track record managing integrations across enterprise systems.
Demonstrated experience leading multiple scrum teams using Scrum of Scrums principles.
Strong Agile knowledge, including Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, and feedback loops.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to guide cross-functional teams and remove obstacles to ensure successful delivery.
Agile Scrum Master Certified (Required)
Preferred
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and technologies is a plus.
