Responsibilities
Develop and cultivate relationships with a network of high-profile creators and artists, fostering a loyal and active community around the Halo Program. Provide support and engagement for this demanding audience, ensuring they feel valued and motivated.
Design and implement strategic initiatives and incentives to drive participation in the program, building anticipation around the company's initiatives and creating exclusivity that aligns with its brand identity.
Plan and execute exclusive events and user-testing opportunities that create unforgettable experiences, enhancing community connections and strengthening ties to the company. Drive engagement through campaigns that generate excitement across social media and other marketing channels.
Work with the marketing team to integrate Halo members into social media content, events, and promotional campaigns, leveraging their influence to amplify the company’s reach and visibility. Develop tailored content strategies that showcase the Halo Program’s benefits, encouraging active and enthusiastic participation from creators.
Collaborate with the product team to organize focus groups and product review sessions with Halo members, gathering insights on existing and upcoming features. Coordinate exclusive user-testing opportunities for creators to experience and provide feedback on the latest updates, ensuring alignment with their needs and enhancing engagement within the Halo Program.
Collaborate on campaign strategies that involve Halo members in company social networks, creating stories, posts, and content that promote both the company and the exclusive nature of the program.

Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the entertainment, music, or creator economy industries, with a well-established network of creator and artist relationships.
Proven experience in building and managing creator/artist communities, showcasing strong skills in creating lasting connections and loyalty among influential individuals.
Demonstrated experience in planning and launching events, generating excitement and exclusivity, and managing large-scale community initiatives that foster engagement.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to balance high-level VIP interactions with brand-aligned communication that resonates with the company tone.
A collaborative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align campaign strategies, plan events, and leverage creator influence to enhance brand visibility. Must exhibit creativity in campaign development and content strategy.
Preferred
Experience with brand ambassador or VIP programs.
Familiarity with user-testing processes and managing feedback from creators.
