Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise and support a small team of IT professionals, balancing day-to-day operational support with strategic projects and team development.

Technical Execution: Provide hands-on technical expertise in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure, with a focus on IAM and systems administration.

Project Management: Lead and manage initiatives to enhance IT services, including automation, infrastructure modernization, and, when needed, M&A integrations.

Automation & Efficiency: Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce response times, and increase agility.

Security Hardening: Collaborate with the security team to ensure systems are aligned with security best practices and hardened against threats.

Flexibility to be available for occasional escalations outside of standard business hours.
