Responsibilities
Consulting, planning and selling cruise & land travel
Creating high-touch, personalized experiences for customers
Providing expert cruise travel advice
Sourcing availability to quoting and finalizing bookings with contracted cruise lines
Working closely with high-end customers to create the ultimate travel package
Negotiating, handling objections, and identifying additional business opportunities
Ensuring all clients return home having had a trip which exceeds their expectations

Required
3-5 years of extensive experience with cruise sales using a consultative sales approach
Proven ability to be resourceful and to learn new systems
Strong attention to detail, being highly organized and showing the ability to multi-task will help you succeed in this role
Sound knowledge of Mediterranean, European River Cruises and/or Expedition cruising.
Expert in client relationship building specifically with high-touch clients
Ability to resolve problems independently in a timely manner
Preferred
Experience in building FIT packages servicing high-touch clientele would be beneficial
Experience in meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets preferred
