Responsibilities
Complete all necessary encounters for various practices, ensuring accurate data entry in the appropriate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Manage the referral process for optometrists by entering referrals from the EHR into Salesforce.
Perform benefits verification prior to sending information to the Enrollment Manager.
Address tickets related to OOP costs as generated by the Customer Care (CC) team.
Respond to eligibility-related questions from the Enrollment Team as needed, utilizing EHR data.

Required
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year of administrative, data entry, or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, with experience in Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR), preferably NexTech or Athena.
Resourcefulness: Ability to find solutions to problems independently.
Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy and completeness of work.
Time Management: Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Team Player: Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
Ability to maintain focus in a repetitive work environment.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry.
Capacity to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
Effective time management skills while working remotely.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
Experience with clinical data entry.
Familiarity with Salesforce.
Knowledge of full cycle billing or coding processes.
