Responsibilities

Conduct interviews to gather user requirements

Track day to day requests and completes requests within established time frames

Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team

Effectively communicate (both verbally and through written documentation) with stakeholders to ensure that issues and solutions are understood

In conjunction with Project Management team, act as a point of contact for testing and documenting software upgrades

Participate in the QA of solutions/software releases to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized for business acceptance

Act as a support resource to project team(s) to ensure tight integration between business processes and technology

Work collaboratively with various departments to find and implement system solutions

Takes initiative and undertakes self-development activities

Ability to follow instructions and responds to management direction

Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
