Responsibilities

Move Legacy DBs to Cloud

Data modeling & design with relational and NoSQL DBs

Performance tuning in various DB environments

Build and scale distributed, highly available systems in cloud environment (Azure / AWS)

Work to understand complex business needs, analyzing, designing, and developing solutions

Establish relationships across business units

Required

8+ years of overall software development experience is required primarily with Data warehouse applications

3+ years of hands-on development experience in Cloud-based data warehouse platform – primarily AWS Redshift

3+ years of development experience with Python scripting experience

2+ yrs of development experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Azure Data Factory, etc)

Candidates must be geographically based in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
