Responsibilities

Service residential loans

Conduct loan transactions including posting, monitoring, and processing payment requests, post payoffs, and process loan disbursements

Ensure accuracy of loan data in software

Communicate with borrowers

Perform tasks as determined by management

Prepare and manage monthly servicing reports

Required

Must have 3+ years of loan servicing experience

Must have 5 years Experience with GNMA pools and servicing

The candidate must be familiar with the following loan servicing and collections guidelines: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA.

Working knowledge of escrow account

Position requires 1 to 3 years Loan Servicing

High school diploma or equivalent.

Able to deal effectively and tactfully with internal and external clients.

Can function well under strict deadlines.

Ability to organize, prioritizes, and communicates status on work assignments in a consistent manner.

Ability to perform daily work according to prescribed schedules and be flexible to meet departmental needs.

Adherence to a set schedule is required; however, extended hours may be necessary dependent upon workload. Special projects and/or duties may also be assigned.
