Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand strategic staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for roles including senior-level and executive positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing, and targeted outreach.
Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and provide comprehensive feedback to hiring managers.
Collaborate with HR partners to develop competitive compensation packages and negotiate job offers with candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, search firms, and other talent acquisition partners.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters, sharing best practices, providing training, and fostering their professional development.
Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
5-7 years of recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting or talent acquisition setting, with at least 2 years of technical recruiting experience
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices, including competency-based interviewing and assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRM, and other recruitment tools and technologies (ie LinkedIn Recruiter)
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruitment solutions.

Preferred

Experience recruiting professionals with a background in Cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure) a strong plus
