Responsibilities
Oversee the management of design projects, including current, completed, and upcoming projects.
Create and maintain a tracking system (such as a spreadsheet or project management tool) to monitor project timelines and progress.
Serve as the liaison between the Graphic Design Department and administration, ensuring smooth and clear communication.
Attend daily team meetings, assisting with coordination and hosting.
Provide updates and keep records on project statuses, deadlines, and deliverables.

Required
A stable internet connection and access to a laptop.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with project management tools or willingness to learn.
Ability to attend and participate in team meetings from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST, with the flexibility to stay until 12:45 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
