Responsibilities
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
Conduct initial technical assessments to match candidates with job requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and technical job market dynamics.
Identify and implement strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Generate recruitment metrics and reports for management review.

Required
