Responsibilities

Work closely with the Product Director of Platform Services to tactically execute the roadmap, initiative and launch activities

Conduct substantive market and Voice of the Customer research to propose and prioritize solutions, enhancements, and marketing activities that drive organizational KPIs

Analyze potential partner relationships and acquisition opportunities for the solution suite

Specify market requirements for current and future solutions by conducting data analysis and market research supported by on-going visits and meetings with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders

Attend user groups, tradeshows, and conferences as necessary to gather information

Align with the Product Director to develop a vision and roadmap for the product line

Work closely with customer facing teams (such as sales, marketing, customer success, implementation and support) to help implement and execute solution initiatives and launches

Plan, manage and communicate the sometimes complex dependencies involved in delivering platform services.

Write basic requirements for the solution and features and partner with engineering teams to execute the development

Ensure that the engineering, marketing, and sales plans are implemented and delivered on time and on target

Plan, organize and facilitate the launch of enhancements and features that improve the end-to-end customer experience

Build trust and influence across teams, stakeholders, and the global organization
