Responsibilities

Manage and deliver assessments for regulatory compliance across various financial institutions.
Oversee engagements from planning to execution, including report preparation and conducting exit meetings.
Identify non-compliance areas and offer actionable recommendations.
Demonstrate expertise in lending and deposit compliance.
Communicate with clients about the review process and suggest improvements.
Provide timely, high-quality service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Stay updated on industry regulations and pursue continuing education and certifications.

Required

Expertise in regulatory compliance within consulting, financial institutions, or regulatory environments.
Experience in developing and evaluating policies and procedures to meet regulatory needs.
Supervisory experience in a financial institution.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or a law degree.
5 to 7 years of regulatory compliance experience in financial institutions.
Knowledge of laws related to money laundering, including the BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC requirements, and Suspicious Activity Reporting.
Experience with public accounting firms, financial institutions, or regulatory agencies.
Project management and staff management experience.
Exemplary client service skills.
CRCM or other regulatory compliance certification.
