Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, training videos, and job aids using industry-leading tools.
Utilize multimedia to produce creative instructional content that meets organizational training needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
Manage the development lifecycle, including needs assessment, design, production, and evaluation of training materials.
Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to upload, manage, and track training programs, ensuring seamless accessibility for end-users.

Required
Proficiency with multimedia and e-learning tools, including but not limited to Vyond, Camtasia, Articulate RISE, and Storyline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Articulate Storyline.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, with Cornerstone onDemand preferred.
Strong ability to work independently and deliver quality outputs with minimal supervision.
Preferred
Prior experience in instructional design or e-learning development for corporate training programs.
Ability to innovate and implement learning technologies effectively to meet organizational goals.
