Responsibilities

Utilizing expertise to oversee monthly development of the net revenue models for HB and PB, such as analyze third party contractual allowances and propose adjustments as necessary.

Develop net revenue models to estimate the proposed Governmental regulatory changes which effect hospital reimbursement.

Assist in the development of the annual net revenue budget.

Assist in preparing schedules for Governmental reporting (Cost & Chia reporting, and others as needed).

Assist in the development of net revenue estimates for new service proposals.

Maintain professional affiliations and attend seminars, conferences, etc.

Perform other work-related duties as assigned or requested.

Consistently provides service excellence to all patients, family members, visitors, volunteers and co-workers.

Challenges current working practices; identifies process improvement opportunities and presents recommendations and solutions to management. Engages and commits to the organization’s culture of continuous improvement by actively participating, supporting, and promoting CCHC Pillars of Excellence.
