Responsibilities
Successfully manage and grow client relationships by proactively advising on omni-channel marketing strategies, specifically around eCommerce, email, SEO and digital marketing
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that align with client goals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring high standards of quality in all deliverables.
Facilitate effective communication with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment on project goals, timelines, and expectations.
Monitor project health, ensuring project decisions are financially sound and align with both client and Barrel objectives.

Required
Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in an eCommerce or Account Strategy role, ideally within an agency or similar setting.
Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem, including platform features, apps, and integrations, with the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies.
Analytical mindset and curiosity to dig deep into metrics and insights to support client objectives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Basecamp, JIRA, Harvest, and Forecast.
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
