Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio.
Create complex data models, data visualizations, and ad-hoc queries to meet business reporting needs.
Ensure reports are optimized for performance, accuracy, and usability.
Analyze large sets of data within Oracle Cloud applications to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Work with business units to understand their reporting requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Configure and manage Oracle Cloud reporting environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
Perform regular audits and validations of reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Manage report scheduling, distribution, and access controls to ensure timely and secure delivery of information.
Collaborate with IT, finance, HR, and other departments to gather reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to access and utilize Oracle Cloud reports effectively.
Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving reporting issues.
Stay current with Oracle Cloud reporting best practices, new features, and industry trends.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, enhance data quality, and increase the efficiency of report generation.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and expertise to optimize reporting systems and processes.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for all reports, including technical specifications, data sources, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements in all reporting activities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud reporting or a similar role.
Proven experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio.
Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting requirements.
Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or other Oracle Cloud modules.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate reports.
Preferred
Oracle Cloud certification(s) in reporting or analytics preferred but not required.
