Responsibilities

Develop and maintain solutions in Service Cloud (highest priority), Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Design and support advanced Lightning Web Components and the Aura framework to deliver user-friendly experiences.
Write and optimize APEX triggers, batch classes, scheduled classes, and SOQL/SOSL queries to build efficient back-end solutions.
Create dynamic forms and secure programming within Salesforce to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
Implement advanced REST/SOAP APIs and integrate Salesforce with external systems using secure patterns.
Utilize advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to design and implement high-quality UI components.
Develop and manage data models, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets for optimized data security and access control.
Automate workflows with flows (screen and record-triggered) and validation rules.
Use tools like Copado to implement CI/CD processes and manage source control with Git.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Scrum and SAFe Agile frameworks to deliver projects on time.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues using tools like Developer Console, Debug Logs, and Data Loader.
