Responsibilities

As part of our founding go-to-market team, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing relationships and securing deals that will define our success.
Leverage Your Network: Activate your industry connections to open doors and build partnerships with key enterprise clients.
Consultative Selling: Understand the challenges potential clients face and communicate how Subconscious.ai’s solutions address their specific needs.
Business Development: Generate and nurture leads through outbound efforts (networking, cold outreach, partnerships) to build a solid sales pipeline.
Growth Strategy: Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to help optimize strategies for customer acquisition and retention, using insights from client conversations.
Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring a seamless transition for successful implementation.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to influence company direction and growth.

Required

Minimum 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in market research, consulting, Enterprise SaaS industries, or related industries
Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals and exceed sales targets
Existing relationships with decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies or equivalent
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Passion for startups, innovation, and making an impact—you’re not just looking for a role, you want to help shape a company

Preferred

Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and lead generation tools is a plus (LinkedIn, Apollo.io, HubSpot, etc.)
