Responsibilities
Manage 10+ active job orders at any given time, prioritizing high-quality candidate submissions.
Submit a minimum of 10+ qualified candidates to clients weekly, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
Conduct virtual interviews with all candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Craft compelling, detailed candidate write-ups to present to clients.
Consistently achieve $75,000+ in monthly billings by placing highly qualified candidates in Accounting & Finance positions.
Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of candidates in Accounting & Finance, focusing on roles such as Controllers, Senior Accountants, Staff Accountants, Financial Analysts, and CFOs in Corporate as well as Tax/Audit.
Utilize Salesforce (ATS) and other tools to efficiently manage candidates and job orders.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience within a recruiting firm/staffing agency, with a focus on Accounting & Finance roles.
Proven ability to bill $750,000+ annually in a prior recruiting role.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple job orders and meeting submission goals in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interview and evaluation skills, with the ability to identify top talent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in creating candidate write-ups and client communications.
Proficiency in ATS software, Microsoft Teams, and other virtual collaboration tools.
Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
