Responsibilities
Leads sales organization teams including sales management and cross-functional areas, such as, business development.
Coaches and mentors to develop a highly productive sales team
Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Implements and executes the sales process strategy for new and existing customers
Manages and engages cross-functional teams within and outside of sales involving compelling value propositions based on ROI costs/benefits analysis
Develop strong long-term industry and client relationships that cultivate business opportunities
Interfaces regularly with customers and prospective customers to discuss their needs and the long-term value of Epicor
Acts as executive leader to the customer, providing corporate resources to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans
Typically manages 20 M USD in NLR quota

Required
Proven track record in leading a software sales organization
Experience managing a sales quota of +10 M USD
Background of ERP or vertical software market
Experience and success in selling services (consulting, managed services, cloud, support, education)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota attainment
Strong talent management and organizational effectiveness skills
Strong communication, organizational, motivational and interpersonal skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences.
Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions.
Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities
12+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
7+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types
6+ years of specialized/industry experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
