Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide information about products and services.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage customers and build rapport.
Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Enter customer data accurately into our systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues related to their accounts or orders.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Provide multilingual support when required to accommodate diverse customer backgrounds.

Required

Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on sales techniques.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions based on customer feedback.
Proficient in using computerized systems for tracking customer interactions and managing data.
A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service.

Preferred

Proven experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures is an advantage.
