Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high/ultra-net-worth clients
Source and acquire new clients to expand existing markets and/or create growth in new markets
Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and unique needs to develop personalized wealth management strategies
Conduct thorough financial analyses and create comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' objectives
Collaborate with the cross-functional team to provide strategic advice on investment planning, retirement planning, planned giving, tax strategies, estate planning, and other financial aspect
Develop and implement advanced wealth management strategies based on clients' risk profiles and financial objectives
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all client interactions and financial planning activities

Required
$50M-$75M transferable book
5+ years of financial planning and wealth management experience
Proven track record of success in originating and acquiring new clients
Strong technical proficiency in all aspects of comprehensive financial planning, including estate planning, asset management, tax planning and closely held entities
Ability to assess complex financial profiles and strategies, and communicate issues, opportunities and solutions clearly and concisely to clients
Preferred
One or more industry credentials, e.g. CFP, CFA, CPA, etc. (preferred but not required)
