Responsibilities
Deliver and maintain profitable access for entire Bayer Radiology Portfolio through commercialization of launch products and life cycle management of portfolio;
Take full ownership and accountability for GPO’s outcomes. Create innovative business opportunities to drive profitable short- and long-term customer partnerships;
Develop deep enduring executive relationships across the GPOs/Sub-GPO’s/Aggregate groups, and align cross-functionally at Bayer;
Think and act strategically through joint GPO planning, performance reviews, challenging the GPO and establishing value for Bayer.
Drive GPO strategy and initiatives with internal Market Access experts (Pricing, contracting and contract generation, channel strategy) as well as Must Win Squad Leads;
Enable flow of customer insights to Market Access and Must-Win Squad leads to enable better understanding of GPO dynamics and competitive trends that could impact access;
Be Bayer’s GPO point person and manage strategy across the organization through coordination of key resource management: high level interactions with Must Win Squad Leads;
Work collaboratively with Customer Engagement squads to help pull through GPO strategies with key segments.
Meet business expectations inclusive of stretch goals through appropriate resource management, strategic innovative thinking. Drive innovation through novel and best in class approaches;
Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts and knowledge sharing initiatives among account teams;
Provide strong negotiation capabilities during RFP exercise and over the course of the contract, ability to achieve Must-Win Squad lead/ Business outcomes by optimal positioning, messaging of our differentiation with GPO and their members;
Understands the long-term impact based on market dynamics now and in the future, and facilitate strategy, and plan implementation to produce long term profitable access while meeting short term key product/brand performance metrics;
Conduct regular and meaningful business reviews to monitor progress, align on GPO and Bayer strategies/ objectives and ensure success of new product launches and new go-to-market programs (e.g., alternate acquisition models).

Required
BA/BS with Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Marketing/Channel Management/Market Access/Brand Management experience required
Passionate and self-motivated individual who thrives in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment
Flexibility and willingness to act as a change agent with demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
Extensive knowledge of all principal areas of Strategy development, consulting required, including developing channel strategy, scenario planning and financial analyses, deal and no-deal assessment, QBR
Proven ability to synthesize complex information, market data, and financials to develop business cases and formulate action plans required
Expertise and proven ability to influence without authority and drive highly matrixed teams to deliver on strategic priorities required
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically
Preferred
MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years industry experience, preferred
Experience in Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging/Medical Device market preferred
Fast decision making and working with cross functional experience preferred
