Infor Sr. WFM and Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities
Provides hands-on leadership guiding HyBridge customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Procures, translates, and documents customer business requirements.
Provides best practice/best use of software design consultation aligned with industry trends and regulations.
Configures Payroll and WFM applications to align with regulatory and client-specific policies and procedures.
Assists in data migration and validation efforts during system migration and/or conversion.
Supports customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Scheduling workflows and configuration during testing and post-live support.
Develops and delivers training curriculum and materials for HyBridge customers ensuring effective end-user adoption and usage.
Provides support and consultation to change management programs.
Adheres to HyBridge documentation standards using approved project artifacts during all project phases.
Assisting with the development and updating of internal toolsets, methodologies, and best practices and mentoring fellow consultants as assigned.
Providing subject matter expertise for marketing initiatives or during the sales process providing input to project scope and approach.

Required
Prior demonstrated experience with Infor HR Payroll, Workforce Management, comparable Payroll/WFM software and/or previous Infor Lawson Payroll (S3) versions.
Full or partial suite implementation and/or migration experience with HR Payroll, WFM and/or comparable software including any of the following modules:
Payroll
Time & Attendance
Absence Management
Scheduling
North American Payroll functional knowledge.
Strong practical experience with advanced comprehension of Payroll and WFM principles, standards, and procedures.
Attention to detail to document system processes and configuration accurately and effectively.
Ability to work as part of a team with clear verbal and written communication.
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio).
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field preferred.
Data mining and analysis experience.
5 years prior consulting experience.
Experience in healthcare preferred.
Infor certification preferred.
