Responsibilities
Maintain a proactive outlook on upcoming campaigns and keep Operations informed of what’s in the pipeline.
Take over internal responsibilities once a contract hits “Closed Won,” ensuring seamless campaign launches and management.
Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Operations, coordinating to advance campaign success.
Oversee all active Swarms and ensure timely updates on campaign statuses.
Manage reactive and proactive RFP submissions.
Act as a bridge between Account Executives and their agencies/clients when needed.
Participate in weekly sales meetings.
Learn and use the full suite of internal sales tools.
Assist in compiling target client/agency lists.
Support the Sales Director with go-to-market strategies.

Required
1–3 years of experience as a sales assistant/coordinator, preferably in advertising.
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
A curiosity about or active use of AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Exceptional communication skills (yes, it’s worth mentioning twice).
A strong team player mentality with the ability to work independently.
A passion for solving problems and delivering results.
