Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, particularly in transportation and logistics.

Leverage multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify high-quality candidates.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, create accurate job descriptions, and craft tailored recruitment plans.

Represent AFC Logistics and Transport at career fairs, industry events, and online platforms to showcase our culture and employer brand.

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding processes and successful integration for new hires.
