Responsibilities

Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
Support management of payroll with finance team.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
Assist with conducting and reviewing reference checks.
Maintaining records of current staff and new staff.
Supporting onboarding and orientation.
Help manage the company’s employee database and prepare reports.

Required

1 -3 of professional experience.
Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities.

Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Attention to detail and analytically driven.
