Responsibilities
Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective and efficient manner
Researches new market/payer opportunities
Submits new market group/provider enrollment
Establishes and maintains processes and workflows appropriate to each new market/payer
Trains assigned specialists on enrollment requirements and processes in each new market and with new payers in established markets
Works with outsourced teammates and assigns task as appropriate
Timely resolution on payor information requests
Facilitate new payer calls to establish connections between payer and various RCM departments
Able to act independently to review and assess provider/group enrollment for accuracy, identify credentialing concerns and request appropriate follow up information from providers or other sources as needed
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks or other duties as needed
Works closely with contracting specialist to complete group updates and demographic changes
Assists credentialing team with overflow files/onboards and enrollments
Acts as liaison between credentialing department and all other rcm departments regarding resolution of payer issues
Complete all assigned special projects as needed

Ability to speak eloquently about past accomplishments
2-10 years of previous job experience
2 + years of experience in an administrative role required (preferably Behavioral Health or Healthcare)
Fully understand CAQH Attestations and processing
Proficient at using Excel and Word
Preferred
1-5 years of credentialing experience preferred
Delegated Credentialing experience preferred
Google Suite Products preferred
