Responsibilities

Is fluent in Agile principals, S.M.A.R.T. goals, and a Web3 / DAO / smart contract principles.

Enjoys being the hub of all communication and knowledge;

Can see an organization's strengths & weaknesses better than anyone;

Has the open bandwidth to contribute part-time sweat equity for an entrepreneurial opportunity;

Has hands-on experience training and coaching talent at a high-level.

Has coordinated fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Has designed and built internal, custom task-management and communication systems;

Preferred: at least 3 year frontline experience in: 1) high-end hospitality management; 2) military operations; 3) political campaign operations; 4) media production; or 5) executive assistant / Chief of Staff role;

Is available at least 15 hrs per week consistently;
