Responsibilities
Sourcing Process - Experience facilitating the Strategic Sourcing supplier selection process, negotiating complex contracts, redlining and drafting contracts, developing scopes of work (SOWs), as well as building financial modeling and presenting deals to leadership.
RFx Process - Draft RFPs, RFIs & RFQs as needed for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate supplier site walks as required, presentations, or any other RFP-related activities, and serves as the conduit between suppliers and stakeholders. Work with in-house Legal counsel on contractual documentation including master services agreements (MSAs), SOWs, change orders (COs), etc. Ownership of project and contract governance utilizing NetSuite or any other required system tools.
Stakeholder Liaison - Actively engage with stakeholders, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and project teams collaborating on projects and aligning on objectives. Build and foster relationships and effectively partners across varied functions with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and colleagues to influence change.
Strategy Development & Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for managing the company's supply base to minimize costs while ensuring suppliers’ quality delivery of
Contract Negotiation: Independently manage the negotiation of supplier business terms and contract redlines, ensuring the accuracy of negotiated deal points on all final contractual documentation. Possess a strong understanding of pricing models, SLAs, benchmarking, negotiate with suppliers to secure contracts that obtain the best products and services for the lowest attainable cost with the highest possible service levels. Manage and adapt contracts and agreements to meet changing business needs and market conditions.
Performance Marketing - Manages RFx process, partnering with stakeholders to evaluate various digital Marketing platforms, channels and tools (PPC, social media ads, display advertising).
Negotiate contracts that track and analyze affiliate performance, including sales, clicks, and conversion rates (CPC, CPI, CPA)
Structure contracts to include clear KPIs and objectives for each Marketing campaign.
Affiliate Marketing - Develop and manage the affiliate marketing contracts that are focused on expanding brand identity.
Negotiate commission structures, terms, and conditions with affiliate partners.
Draft and manage contracts to ensure compliance and protect the brand's interests.
Email Marketing - Design and implement email Marketing contracts that increase engagement and drive conversions to target specific audiences with tailored messaging.
Supports contractual development of campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
Negotiate deliverability guarantees related to performance metrics and deliverability rates for campaigns.

Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business Administration (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) or Engineering.
10+ years of Strategic Sourcing and supplier relations experience and 7+ years leading Strategic Sourcing Marketing portfolios.
Hands-on strategic negotiation experience and Marketing category management experience.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools for campaign execution and tracking a plus.
Must have both quantitative and qualitative market research experience.
Ability to interpret and utilize key financial data; can tell a story with data.
Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to quickly adapt to change.
A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; must be able to thrive in a dynamic environment using change management to coach others.
Have a proactive, forward-thinking, and solutions-focused mindset. This includes the ability to anticipate problems, recognize the broader implications of issues.
Ability to work effectively in an environment of tight turnarounds.
Demonstrated comfort level with ambiguity.
Proven track record of high-value, complex deal-making successes with the ability to professionally navigate through difficult conversations to obtain buy-in.
Must be self-directed and able to work independently but also able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented department.
Business, legal and financial acumen to communicate and develop integrated sourcing strategies.
Self-motivated with attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work as a team member.
Advanced skills in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint to analyze and pivot data, design workflows, graphs, and charts.
