Responsibilities

Conduct market research to actively identify potential target customers, plan and design sales strategies and marketing programs.
Attend academic conferences periodically to stay updated on industry trends, collect, organize, analyze, and regularly report valuable market and customer information.
Promote the company’s enzyme engineering or fermentation business, engage in project negotiations, and participate in exhibitions and conferences.
Plan and organize target customer resources, manage target customers, maintain customer relationships, facilitate project collaborations, and achieve customer development goals.
Expand business channels, explore various forms of commercial cooperation, and actively participate in project bidding and negotiations.
Coordinate and ensure business payment collections.
Establish customer profiles, track the progress of existing projects, align with customer service requirements, and provide timely feedback.
Conduct regular visits to customers to gather market information and industry trends, promptly relay customer and market demands and suggest improvements for the company's services.
Communicate and discuss any customer issues or reasons for cooperation failures with the team in a timely manner.

Required

Master’s degree or higher in a relevant biological field, a good understanding of domestic and international pharmaceutical companies, pharmaceutical research and development, synthetic biology companies, market conditions, policies, regulations, and development trends.
Over 3+ years of experience in business development, prior experience in sales related to synthetic biology technology or enzyme preparations is preferred.
Strong communication and business negotiation skills, along with excellent judgment, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
Ability to identify customer needs, understand customer psychology, and develop independent customer acquisition plans, capable of independently identifying and developing target customer groups.
Strong ability to work independently and adapt to frequent short-term travel.
Strong team collaboration awareness, professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred

Prior experience in sales related to synthetic biology technology or enzyme preparations.
