Responsibilities
Lead or support the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including but not limited to Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Time & Labor.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation process.
Administer Oracle Cloud HCM systems, performing regular updates, maintenance, and system audits to ensure optimal performance.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud HCM users, addressing issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Manage security roles and permissions within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline HR processes through the effective use of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices, new features, and product enhancements to ensure the system is utilized to its full potential.
Recommend and implement system improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Oracle Cloud HCM to provide insights and support decision-making.
Leverage Oracle’s reporting tools to analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teams.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all HR systems and processes.
Provide training and support to HR and other business users to ensure they are proficient in using Oracle Cloud HCM systems.
Create user documentation, guides, and training materials as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM, with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of HR processes and how they align with Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
Proven experience managing complex Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Compensation.
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) and strong data analysis skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) preferred but not required.
