Responsibilities

Oversee the IT Service Management Team in the delivery of Configuration and Change Management, Release and Deployment, Life Cycle Management, IT Asset Management and perform risk Management.

Responsible for the development and delivery of all IT Service management specific contract deliverables to include:

• Rick Management Plan

• Service Design Packages

• Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management Database (AMDB)

• Release and Deployment Framework

Provides active management of risks and mitigation plans/strategies and provide Course of Action (COA) to perform across all service management areas to ensure availability, reliability, and minimal user impact.

Establish and execute a risk management program in accordance with DoD and NDU policies and procedures and document the program in the Risk Management Plan.

Update the status of existing and new Contractor risks for inclusion in the MSR (See PWS Section 2.1.2.6).

Prepare and present new program risks with possible COA/proposed mitigation plans and strategies and report on the mitigation status of existing risks.
