Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies on Meta and TikTok, focusing on audience segmentation, budget allocation, and alignment with client goals. Analyze campaign performance using in-platform metrics and third-party tools, providing detailed reports with actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
Client Relationships: Maintain high client satisfaction and informed decision-making by leading all client communications, managing expectations, addressing inquiries, and conducting regular performance meetings
Creative Testing: Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad creative development, design testing protocols, and analyze results to identify winning strategies and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal team members, client in-house teams, and agency partners to ensure a cohesive approach on client accounts. Foster a collaborative environment where ideas and strategies are shared openly.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaign activities and client deliverables align with our internal best practices. Uphold the highest standards of quality, ensuring every deliverable is 'Client-Ready' and meets our team's rigorous attention to detail and excellence
Monitor Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, updates, and best practices in eCommerce and media buying, actively refreshing strategies and methodologies to remain competitive and relevant.

Required
4+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok platforms, ideally gained in a fast-paced agency or client-side role.
Experience managing 7-8 figure ad spend budgets.
Excel in project management, skillfully setting goals, crafting plans, and executing strategies while adapting to real-time data and feedback.
Thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation, exceptional time management, and clear communication with both team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Highly proficient in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with a deep understanding of their features, optimization strategies, and analytics.
Possess strong analytical skills, adept at using third-party tools to transform complex data into actionable insights.
You’re a strategic thinker with a creative edge, capable of developing innovative paid social strategies that meet client objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Communicate clearly and persuasively with both clients and internal teams, ensuring that strategies and insights are effectively conveyed and understood.
Proactive problem-solver, tackling challenges head-on and delivering effective, results-driven solutions.
Excel in a collaborative, cross-functional team setting, balancing teamwork with the ability to work independently when needed.
Preferred
Experience managing 7-8 figure ad spend budgets is highly preferred.
Experience with Northbeam, TripleWhale, Amplitude and similar tools preferred.
