Responsibilities

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Sourcers and Hiring Managers to coordinating candidate interview activity on a variety of searches

Serve as the main point of contact for Headway candidates through their interview processes, utilizing Greenhouse, Google Calendar, and other recruiting technology to enable an optimal candidate experience

Support and own Talent team projects related to talent operations and process improvement, training, and/or talent branding

Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of making the best hiring decisions and reducing bias

Required

At least 1-2 years of recruiting coordination experience at a tech company in a high-growth environment

Experience working with Greenhouse

Ability to self-manage and execute new processes and strategies

Scrappy & creative thinker who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity

Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
