Responsibilities

Build and maintain efficient, scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs

Collaborate with business/product analysts and business stakeholders to define data requirements and implement data solutions

Optimize data workflows for performance, cost, and reliability

Monitor and troubleshoot issues with data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and availability

Manage data transformation processes to ensure data accessibility and converting data into insights

Develop and maintain data models to support self-service analytics and reporting

Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices are followed across all workflows

Document technical processes and mentor business analysts on best data practices

Required

3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering

Proficiency in SQL and Python

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (i.e. Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift) and data pipeline tools (i.e. dbt, Airflow)

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Preferred

Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset

Strong customer focus and loves to enable others

Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and provide solutions

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
