Responsibilities

You’ll leverage your extensive network to identify and secure investment capital for our venture and private equity deal flow.

You’ll nurture existing relationships and forge new ones with investors of all types, including FOs, MFOs, HNWs, corporates, strategics, and others.

You’ll collaborate closely with our portfolio companies, helping them grow and thrive.

You’ll structure deals, navigate complexities, and ensure our clients get the best possible outcomes.

As a senior member of the firm, you’ll contribute to our thought leadership initiatives.

Required

Proven track record of investor relations, sourcing and securing investment capital, and achieving targets in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or related fields.

Extensive network of strong, positive relationships in the asset allocator/LP community.

Strategic mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities.

Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

Passionate about driving growth and impact in the investment ecosystem.

Strong networking and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

7+ years in Venture Capital and/or Private Equity

10+ years of direct experience in capital formation, business development, managing partnerships, or sales, within the investment industry.
