Responsibilities

Manage requirements using tools like JIRA, communicate changes to stakeholders, and verify solutions meet specified requirements.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or 8 + years of experience in IT business analysis.

8+ years of hands-on IT experience, encompassing all major phases of software implementation projects, including business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and prioritization within healthcare environments.

Recent and robust experience in the healthcare or hospital sector.

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, particularly in customizing and launching the tool.

Formulate and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows, while assisting in testing strategy design and conducting system impact analysis.
