Responsibilities

Support the construction, maintenance and evolution of Lumen’s GIS planning platform.

Translate network, demand, and implementation data structures into front-end map-based visualization.

Create new data pipelines for GIS data structures to be ingested into apps based on business use cases.

Leads key AI/ML Initiative in driving

Responsible for delivering Locate Cost Avoidance/Recovery efforts.

Handles all system management and is the lead for data for locating, including scripting.

Designs and integrates databases from geographical specifications.

Modifies existing GIS systems and adapts new hardware and technology to support program performance.

Applies mathematics and scientific approaches to create schemas and models for GIS program designs.
