Responsibilities
Create, review, and manage lease and right-of-way agreements using title information (deeds, tax cards, legal descriptions, etc.).
Maintain and update project data, land agent information, and results in client database systems.
Provide real-time support to field Land Agents, including last-minute revisions to agreements.
Document multiple weekly client meetings and translate notes into actionable plans.
Ensure efficient system workflows and office administration.
Collaborate with field teams to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite applications.
Strong understanding of title work, with the ability to translate information into agreements accurately.
Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and last-minute changes.
Preferred
Experience with Monday.com is highly preferred.
Background in the Oil and Gas or Renewable Energy sector is preferred.
